Camy Burton Photography Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

- A deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your session.
- If the deposit is not sent within the specified time frame, the booking will be dropped, and the date will be made available to others.
- The remaining payment is due within 48 hours after the photoshoot.
- If the full payment is not received within the specified time frame, photos will not be sent, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Late Policy

- For a 30-minute session, there is a grace period of 5 minutes. Anything after 5 minutes incurs a $20 late fee.

- Clients who are later than 15 minutes for the 30-minute session will have their session canceled. The deposit will not be refunded, and it is at the discretion of the photographer for a reschedule or no reschedule.

- For sessions of 1 hour or more, there is a 10-minute grace period. Anything after 10 minutes will incur a $40 late fee.

- If the client is more than 20 minutes late, the session will be canceled.

- This policy applies to all session lengths: Depending on how late the client is, the session may be extended to the agreed-upon length if time permits, but this is at the photographer's discretion.

- If the time is not extended, then the photographer will only shoot until the agreed-upon time while the client still has to pay the late fee.

- If a reschedule happens after a cancellation due to lateness, the client will not have to pay the late fee. However, they will not be refunded the initial deposit. For cancellation reschedules, the client will have to pay for a new session, and their previous deposit from the initial session will not count towards the new session's payment. Additionally, they will now owe the new deposit within 48 hours to secure the new session.

Travel Fees
   - Additional travel fees apply for locations beyond a 30-mile radius from Eastvale, Ca at $0.80 per mile.
   - Example: For a location 40 miles away, the fee will be $8.00 ($0.80 * 10 miles).

Cancellations and Rescheduling
   - Deposits are nonrefundable.
   - Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 week before the shoot, with no additional costs.

   - If rescheduling is requested within the 1 week period leading up to the session, there will be a fee. For any 30-minute session, the fee will be $20, and for any 1-hour session, it will be $40. Whether the reschedule is permitted or not is at the discretion of the photographer.

   - If rescheduling is not possible, then the deposit will not be refunded. If the client still wishes to have a photoshoot, they will need to rebook and pay the full price.

Permits and Entrance Fees
   - Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or covering entrance fees for chosen locations, including fees for the photographer unless otherwise stated.

Image Delivery
   - Delivery times vary based on the package, as specified in the session description.
   - Only edited images will be delivered; RAW images will not be provided.

Editing and Refunds
   - Clients unsatisfied with the editing may request re-edits at the discretion of the photographer.
   - No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the editing or a desire for a different editing style.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
   - In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling or refunds may be considered at the discretion of the photographer.

Client Safety
   - The photographer is not liable for accidents or harm that may occur to the client during a shoot, including falls, injuries, bites, stings, or allergies.
   - Clients attending outdoor locations assume their own risk.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
   - These terms and conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.
